Reports and exports: PDFs and CSV files for your accountant

At some point someone else needs to see your numbers: an accountant at year end, a bank, or Vero asking about a return. With Pro, VatMainder turns what you’ve recorded into tidy reports in a few taps.

Four reports

VAT return statement	The figures for a VAT return, any period. Optionally the figures to enter in your portal, a breakdown by rate and category, the full invoice list and the receipt images
Income and expense ledger	Every invoice for the period. It can be limited to one kind of work, such as just the deliveries
Yearly tax summary	Profit, expenses and tax for a year, with expenses by category and a month-by-month breakdown
Receipts archive	Every original receipt in one PDF, with an index page and the details VatMainder read under each image

Each one covers a month, a quarter or a year, and you choose what to include.

PDF or CSV

Every report comes as a PDF to read, print or send, or a CSV file for a spreadsheet or accounting software: one row per invoice or item, which is what an accountant imports. The CSV opens cleanly in Excel. It uses the separator and decimal comma that Finnish, Swedish, Estonian and German spreadsheets expect.

Save, print or send

When a report is ready, save it to Files (iCloud Drive, Google Drive or the phone), print it on A4 with AirPrint or any connected printer, also export it as CSV, or share it with any app. Recent exports stay in the app, so you can send the same file again later.

Made on the phone

Reports are put together on your phone from your own data. Nothing is uploaded to make them, and a report only goes where you send it.

Reports and exports are part of VatMainder Pro. Without Pro, the VAT statement for each period, its figures and the filing guide are all still in the app.
